Me and Only Me

Season 1 was just getting it’s footing and trying to find it’s place and that is ok by me.  It’s not my favorite but it wasn’t too bad overall. I don’t think I like season 5 very much either just because I found the sudden appearance of Dawn a bit unnerving but I do like the story it told about family. I think while season 4 has some of my favorite episodes in it I didn’t like the overall season arc and that makes it my “Least Favorite Season”. I didn’t like Adam or Professor Walsh or The Initiative.  I found them all boring and annoying.  

Ok so another tough one.  You have Buffy and Angel which is just an epic tragic romance. Oz and Willow are just so cute. Spike and Drusilla are pure evil romance. Willow and Tara is pure with a tragic ending love. And Xander and Anya are the overtime watch us grow as individuals and as a couple (and tragic ending) So who gets my trophy for Favorite?  

There is just something about watching these two. I think they are able to learn a lot from each other about themselves and their place in this world. And while they do not end up the happy married couple in the end we know that they still loved each other very deeply.  I loved watching them from the beginning of their crazy story and was saddened when it was over and even more heartbroken when Anya died.

This is just too obvious.  It has to be the 3 original Scoobies, Buffy, Willow and Xander.  They are the best of bestest buds as Xander would say. Though they have had their ups and downs and secrets and lies *cough Xander tellings Buffy Willow said to kick Angel’s ass, cough* but through it all they can still go back to each other as true friends. They are there in the best and worst of times. Theirs is a friendship that will last forever (at least in my happy world it will)
